肉 骨 茶 bakuteh, or directly translated as pork bone tea, is a deliciously aromatic pork soup stwed with herbs and other ingredients. This dish originated from Klang where it was the staple food labourers working in Port Klang. As of today, Klang still serves the best bakuteh.

Supper @ Teluk Gong’s Coconut Flower Garden

We arrived in Klang quite late last Friday, so we went so supper instead of dinner. Dad insisted that we must try out a curried vermicelli dish at place in Teluk Gong, but since it was quite late when we arrived, the shop was closed and so we settled down in Coconut Flower Garden instead.
