Look what I saw on McDonald’s menu yesterday night! Spicy Chicken McDeluxe and onion rings. ONION RINGS!
Oooh, onion ringsss~~~~

Hello, onion face!
Taste wise, they taste like how onion rings should taste. Nothing fantastic. Luckily it was not soggy, which is a good thing. Go try it out yourself, just for a change from the good ol’ fries.

I don’t always eat Korean (the food I mean!) but a true blue Korean restaurant like Tok Su Gong gave me culture shock the first time I dine in there a few years back. With better knowledge of what to order now, I don’t feel as intimidated to walk in the door than the last time.
The first culture shock was the side dishes which I am kinda warm of the idea now. I mean, free flowing side dishes! What is there not to like? Hehehe, I always wanted seconds for the spinach dish!

The steamed egg on stone pot is also one of my favourite side dish, despite the fact that it is tongue scalding hot. Ouch!

This hot beancurd soup is the same as the one I had last time in Dae Jang Gum.

A very well stirred bibimbap. I would’ve wanted to take picture of the nicely arranged veggies and meat, but since the waitress offerred to stir them, I might as well, yeah? They can do it better than me, that’s for sure!

A nice dessert of cut fruits and Korean tea. Aside from the sum of the main course plus tax, everything else is free! Pretty reasonable for all the refills of side dishes and teas that I asked for.

Took a long hiatus, during which I went One U with sis and we had salmon cream fetuccine.
Initially we wanted to order carbonara, but it was cheaper during lunch and since it was well over lunch time and the difference in price tag makes us order something that is of the same price throughout the day.
Talk about being cheapskate, LOL!

Aunt Imm’s treat this time round, a meal of Peranakan dishes in a quaint restaurant inside Hotel Histana, next to Klang Hokkien Association. The owner of this Nyonya restaurant hails from Penang.

Assam prawns.

Thai style crispy tofu.

Sambal belacan kangkung.

Inchi kabin, Nyonya style fried chicken.
A nice, no frill dinner. I like the fried chicken!

Went for shopping during the J Card day sales, and coincidentally, Delifrance was giving discount too! Might as well, yeah?

Tasty spicy teriyaki flavoured sausage spaghetti. Don’t ask. Its the waiter’s recommendation.

A slice of fruit tart.
And off I go for more shopping!
