45 Minutes Pork Noodles
If there is one thing that I’ve learned lately is that, good food requires long waiting time.
Having to wait 45 minutes for this bowl of pork noodles, I can attest that it is delicious. While I daresay that the waiting part works up my appetite, the bowl of sweet, flavourful pork broth, springy noodles and the abundance of minced pork, pork slices, innards and lard makes this hearty bowl of noodles a winner in its own right.

This porkilicious noodles stall is located in one of the coffeeshop right opposite Taylor’s College, in SJ Uptown. Parking can be a nightmare, and be prepared to wait for the food. Don’t know the shop’s name, but the pork noodle stall is visible from the outside and the queue is also prominent.
