Strawberry Milkshake, with Real Strawberries

Pfft. The weather is hot!
For people like me where it is utterly infeasible to install aircon at home, I have the option of either going to the mall to enjoy the cool electronically generated breeze or sit at home trying not to move too much to avoid generating heat.
I can’t be going to the mall because I will have itchy-hands-must-buy-something, so here I am at home, with a small fan beside and a cuppa strawberry milkshake. Something to make me less cranky in this weather.
Recipe for Strawberry Milkshake
Ingredients:
1 cup cheap, plain vanilla ice cream
1 cup full cream milk, chilled
1 cup strawberries, chopped
Method:
Dump everything into the blender, but keep a handful of chopped strawberries.
Blend until smooth.
Add crushed ice, if necessary.
Garnish with the remaining chopped strawberries

The recipe is easy, I don’t need to slave in front of the stove and best of all, real strawberries! So yeah, I am gonna try to read and sip milkshake. Muaks~
