Beef Sushi Roll
Date: 27 Nov 2008 Comments: 0
Can’t quite recall when I did this but it was the same time I made the egg salad baguette. Pretty nifty eh? Only the beef was lightly panfried while the rest of the fillings, which include cucumber, capsicum, romaine and banana were raw.

The trickiest part of the process is the rolling, which I can’t seem to get it right, resulting in a loosely wrapped roll.
Still taste nice nonetheless!
