Tangkak Beef Soup Noodle

If you are looking for something to eat in Melaka Raya, check out for this Restoran Sup Lembu Tangkak on the right side of the road. They are very famous for their beef soup noodle, and you can see a lot of newspaper features about them hanging in the walls of the restaurant.

I happened to be going pass Melaka Raya the other day, so I decided to stop and savour a bowl of hot and hearty beef noodle soup. This is how they serve the noodles - in mild herbal soup along with beef slices and tripe, garnished with chopped spring onions and a dash of fried onion oil.

Remember to eat with lotsa special chilli sauce, and a drop of white vinegar or two for the extra kick!
