Garlic Butter Rice

Garlic butter rice, another one throw-into-the-rice-cooker kind of rice that I made when I am lazy. but this time round I got a bit hardworking, so I heat up the garlic butter in the rice cooker, and then stir fry the washed rice first. Then I added frozen carrot-pea-corn into the rice cooker and add enough water.

Ingredients:


1 tablespoon garlic butter
a cupful of rice
a dash of soy sauce
salt, grounded white pepper to taste
chicken stock
sufficient water
Let it cook, dish and serve with your favourite dish. I usually stir them up in the middle of the cooking process to make the rice fluffier.
