bacon and potatoes

A simple and humble dish made of potatoes and bacons. I heard that nothing could go wrong with bacons and potatoes, and this is a hearty dish indeed. Make sure you boil the potatoes beforehand, otherwise it will be harder to cook them with the bacons.

I used bacons, cubes of boiled potatoes and some onions, and top them off with some cheese which has melted into the concoction.

I fried the bacons until they are crispy, dish and put them aside. Then I sauteed the onions with the potatoes until they are tender. After it is done, I add the crispy bacon into it and add the cheese.

Trust me they taste nicer than it looks in the picture, and they make very convenient lazy Sunday breakfast.
