Pork Cutlet

One of the many dishes that can be made with minced meat is this pork cutlet. A combination of simple ingredients can make a wonderful dish that is good enough to eat on its own, with rice, or sandwiched between bread. Simply versatile.
Ingredients:
150g minced pork
20g minced onion
15g minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon grounded white pepper
1/2 teaspoon grounded black pepper
1 egg
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients evenly. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan.
- Form the meat into patties. If it is too wet, pat dry with kitchen towel.
- Put the meat patties into the frying pan. Let it fry for 2 minutes before flipping it to the other side.
- Pan fry both sides until they are golden brown.
- Serve hot.
I’ve made some potatoes and bacon to go with the pork cutlet this time, and they complement each other rather well too.
